At Born in Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items in their original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all Stockholm designer tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
